Writer Policy
Publish responsibly. Build reader trust.
This policy applies to all writers publishing stories, chapters, covers, character images, author notes, and comments.
Writer Responsibilities
- Publish only original work or work you have rights to publish.
- Use accurate genre, maturity, and content warning labels.
- Do not mislead readers with false tags or clickbait covers.
- Do not upload stolen artwork, celebrity photos, or copyrighted images.
- Respond professionally to admin requests.
- Do not harass readers over ratings, reports, or comments.
Story and Chapter Statuses
- Clean: no current issue.
- Needs Review: admin may inspect the story/chapter before it remains public.
- Needs Revision: writer must edit something before approval.
- Writer Response Needed: admin needs explanation or context.
- Hidden Pending Review: content is temporarily hidden.
- Rejected: content cannot remain published in its current form.
- Banned: content is not allowed on the platform.
Cover and Character Image Rules
- Recommended book cover size: 1600 × 2400 px.
- Minimum book cover size: 800 × 1200 px.
- Recommended character image size: 1000 × 1000 px.
- No nudity, hate symbols, graphic violence, stolen art, or copyrighted celebrity faces.
- AI-generated images are allowed only if you have rights to use them.
Revision Requests
Admin may send a private message asking you to revise a chapter, add content warnings, change maturity, remove blocked terms, replace an unsafe image, or explain context.
Some messages allow replies. Some are final instructions with replies disabled.
Repeated Violations
Repeated or serious violations may lead to story hiding, chapter removal, warning count increase, account suspension, or writer banning.
